This intimate, Michelin-starred dining experience at the Bulgari Resort Dubai is helmed by chef Masahiro Sugiyama, who comes from a long line of sushi masters. Fans of Japanese food have the chance to sample authentic fare, made with the freshest ingredients flown in daily. There are two options for the multi-course omakase – or chef's choice – set menu, served to just nine guests at a time. Best of all, every seat on the gleaming wooden sushi counter gives diners a prime view of the talented team at work.
La Dame de Pic
